Antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) is the immunological process of antibody-stimulated engulfment of cancer cells by phagocytic immune cells. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are used extensively as cancer therapeutics due to their ability to induce selective killing of cancer cells. An important stage in the development of therapeutic mAbs is the characterization of their effect on ADCP. However, this can be challenging as conventional techniques for measuring ADCP can have complex and time-consuming workflows, lengthy fixation protocols, quantification issues etc.
