The AKT/mTOR pathway and the proteins involved play a central role in tumor progression and drug resistance. Quantitative measurement of alterations in the expression of pathway proteins and post-translational modifications (PTM) is necessary for understanding cancer biology. However, highly accurate monitoring of these pathway proteins has not been achieved.
