The tumor microenvironment (TME) is a complex setting, comprised of a heterogeneous array of cell types, vascular networks and extracellular matrix components. Understanding the complex interactions between cells in the TME requires analysis tools with the resolution and scale to dissect the TME cell-by-cell.
