Different tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs) exert anti- or pro-tumor effects in the tumor microenvironment (TME). Furthermore, circulating TILs can serve as biomarkers to indicate disease progression. Thus, high research efforts are put into understanding the exact role of TILs in the TME and detecting and analyzing circulating TILs. Depending on the analysis strategy, researchers are facing certain challenges. In our webinar, we will have a closer look at these challenges and how to overcome them.
Join Dr. Lorenz Fülle for the first half of this webinar as he presents an optimized workflow for the analysis of rare antigen-specific T cells in human blood. For the second half, Dr. Maria Delso will take over to introduce gentle cell and nuclei preparation techniques for single-cell genomic TIL analysis.
- Overcome key challenges when working with rare antigen-specific T cells
- Learn the key considerations when preparing samples for single-cell sequencing
- Gain insights into tumor single-cell sequencing results
